Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Coaching for senior operators who carry consequential decisions. The engagement follows a defined path — assessment before advice, evidence before commitment, and a plan short enough to actually execute.

The engagement path

  1. Discovery Conversation

A candid working session on the decisions in front of you, the constraints that shape them, and what a good outcome looks like twelve months out.

  2. Executive Assessment

A structured read of your operating context: role scope, decision rights, stakeholder map, and the pressures currently absorbing your attention.

  3. Decision Architecture Review

We map how decisions actually get made — who decides, on what evidence, at what cadence — and where the architecture is producing avoidable error.

  4. Strategic Priorities

The assessment narrows to a short, defensible priority set. Fewer commitments, sequenced deliberately, each tied to a decision you control.

  5. 90-Day Action Plan

Priorities become a dated plan: owners, checkpoints, and the evidence that will tell us early whether the approach is working.

  6. Implementation Support

Working sessions through execution — pressure-testing calls, preparing board and leadership conversations, and adjusting as conditions move.

  7. Continuous Improvement

Each cycle feeds the next: what held, what didn't, and what that teaches about the decision system you are building.
