Private coaching with Mark J. Crawford

Executive & Growth Coaching

Lead the next stage with clearer decisions and stronger follow-through.

Your responsibilities have grown. Some of the habits that got you here may now be getting in your way. Private coaching gives you space to examine the decision, conversation or leadership habit you keep putting off and choose what to do next.

The challenge you bring

What keeps coming back onto your list?

  • A decision you revisit every time someone raises a new concern.
  • A difficult conversation you keep waiting for the right moment to have.
  • Work you need to delegate but keep taking back.
  • A direction you have chosen without making room to act on it.

Executive coaching

Think through a consequential decision, face a difficult conversation or lead through competing demands. Examine your assumptions and decide what you can own.

Growth as a leader

Look at how your habits need to change as your role expands. Practice delegation, boundaries and a steadier rhythm of follow-through on one real leadership challenge.

We choose one priority for the four-week pilot. You do not need to solve every leadership challenge at once.

A focused four-week private coaching pilot

Decision-to-Execution

Bring one decision or leadership challenge you keep circling. We will clarify what is holding it up and develop a practical next step you can own.

$1,500 total

Pilot fee for the four-week engagement.

  • A brief intake to identify the challenge and what useful progress would look like.
  • 4 weekly 60-minute private coaching sessions.
  • One brief written check-in each week: one message from you and one response from Mark, focused on the challenge and next action.
  • Working tools you develop through coaching: a one-page decision brief, a prioritized 90-day action plan with owners and checkpoints, and a weekly review habit.

You own the decisions and implementation. Coaching does not include unlimited messaging or work performed on your behalf.

A clear structure, shaped around your challenge

  1. Week 1

    Name what is really stuck

Clarify the decision or behavior, what you can control, and how you will recognize progress.

  2. Week 2

    Examine the assumptions

Look at your options, trade-offs and the concerns influencing your choices. Choose a useful action to test.

  3. Week 3

    Make room for action

Build a realistic 90-day plan. Identify owners, checkpoints and what you will stop doing to make it possible.

  4. Week 4

    Review and carry it forward

Review what happened when you acted. Refine the plan and establish a weekly habit for following through.

For leaders ready to look at their own part

For executives, founders and growing leaders who want a thoughtful partner and are willing to take action between conversations. You might have more responsibility than before, be facing a choice you keep circling, or see a pattern you want to change.

You bring a real challenge, enough authority to act on your part of it, and a willingness to test a different approach.

What you work toward

  • A clearer account of the decision and the assumptions behind it.
  • A practical action plan with visible ownership and checkpoints.
  • A leadership habit you have begun practicing, not just talking about.
  • A repeatable way to review progress and adjust.

Progress depends on the challenge, your circumstances and the action you take. No particular business or financial result is guaranteed.

About Mark

Before we start

Is this coaching or consulting?

This engagement focuses on your thinking, choices and leadership habits. You develop and carry out the plan. It does not include fractional CFO services, financial model building, ERP implementation or project delivery.

What does growth coaching mean here?

It means growing your capacity to lead as your responsibilities change, for example, delegating more effectively or following through on difficult decisions. It is not a promise to grow revenue or guarantee business results.

Do I need to be a CEO?

No. The pilot can suit executives, founders and growing leaders. What matters is a specific challenge, ownership of your part in it, and willingness to act between sessions.

What happens between sessions?

You work on an agreed next action and can send one brief written check-in each week, with one response from Mark. The engagement does not include unlimited or urgent support.

What if my decision needs specialist advice?

Coaching does not replace legal, regulatory, fiduciary, financial, clinical or safety advice. Required approvals and specialist input remain necessary, particularly for high-stakes or irreversible decisions.

How do I start?

Request a coaching conversation and briefly describe what you are working through. The conversation is to assess fit; sending the request does not enroll you or commit you to a paid engagement.

Looking for specialist services? Explore advisory or the separate capital decision diagnostic.

Which decision or habit will still be waiting next month?

Bring it into a focused conversation. We can explore whether this four-week engagement is the right place to work on it.
